Your question is difficult to read.

Try using a USB keyboard if you are using a PS2? If your PC is modern enough, should work.

To reset the bios if you can't read the bios display, try resetting the CMOS jumper on the motherboard (read the motherboard manual).

Some suggestions....
Have you tried a different keyboard? The keyboard may be bad.
Are you sure it is plugged into the keyboard port and not the mouse port? (Gotta ask - sometimes we overlook the simple things)
If it is a PS2 (round plug) keyboard, try a USB keyboard instead. It could be a bad port on the back of the PC - or if USB try PS2
Finally, try moving the hard drive into a different PC and see if you can boot to it. Could be an issue with the system board in the PC.
Best suggestions I have....

i've seen this type of error on dells right after the dell logo appears but most of the time its because you pressed the f2 or f8 or whatever key your pressing too many times. Honestly i dont feel its a keyboard error if your pressing F1 from what i've gathered here and changing settings. So you disabled debugging because it screwed your resolution and last known good does not work or does work? If it doesn't did you try safe mode?

That is not related to Win XP; in fact you have not gotten past to BIOS startup without error, replace the keyboard first then ask again with updated question.
