Hi i have got a vauxhall corsa sxi + 56 reg and i'm looking for some alloys to put on it. I don't know what size to get. I don't want it to look stupid and high, i want to lower it a little as well but i haven't got time to do any work to it, as i work 24/7.
help

17" alloys will fit with out any modifications, or cause any rubbing during full lock. and they will fill the arches enough so that it wouldn't look like a 4X4. so no need to lower it, but is you do want to lower it then always go for a Springs & shocks kits, as this makes alot of difference to the way the car will feel. Springs alone will lower it but the OE shocks will nacker alot quicker.

15" will fit straight on if you go any larger you might have to cut the wheel arches to get them to fit and not rub.......15" with some low profile tyres will look kool......if you did get time to lower it then higher than a 15" will cause alot of problems as alot of time is needed to do a good job.

check with the manufacturer what alloys you can get, if your alloys are too big it can damage the car.

something to do with oscillations and frequencies, i was still half asleep during that particular mechanics lesson lol
