i would like to post a you tube video into my 360 page in the blast section, but i find that when i click on "you tube" and try to watch a video, i get an icon pop up saying "add-on" is stopping video from working, then the whole page (and connection to internet) shuts down.

what settings do i need to change? do i need extra software?

any advice would be great.

thanks for answering.

Please can you provide what browser, operating system etc you're using? It might be useful to know these things in order to understand what could have gone wrong. :)
In the meanwhile try using another browser like "Firefox" to see if you have the same problem.

to check add-ons click tools Internet options program es, manage ad-dons. here you can see what oddons are running are if any are disabled.best bet stop 1.then go back on site if it doesn't change enable the one you stopped and stop next one on list go back to sit see if it works.continue this until it works then you know which add-on is causing the error.these are Microsoft advice notes i had the same prob it works but it could take a while,or it could be first add-on

in case you're utilising Google internet Accelerator, it must be the subject. you will could "end Google internet Accelerator" and reload the website. That fixed the subject for me. word: in case you basically placed it to "do not use GWA", it won't nonetheless artwork.

You might try downloading this software

http://tanbir.wordpress.com/2006/05/26/vdownloader-02-download-videos-from-youtube-google-video-and-grinvi/

It basically saves any "you tube" video to your hard drive and then converts it to either an avi or mpeg fiile.
