I guess they are arguing tht the damage was not accidental as most normally replace the phone or repair it in such cases.Unfortunatly the onus is on you to prove tht it was accidental.Try trading standards website or phone them.Have they said something like if you send it in we will look at it but if we think it was your fault and not down to poor manufacture or accidental then you will have to pay the cost of repair if they have then I would consider this option or suggest it to them. The law does state however tht any goods sold by a company must be of merchantable quality and be fit for the job they are intended, it doesnt give any time periods for or how long this applies.

certainly no longer.... If this scam does no longer have befell meaning, licenses does no longer were given on first come first serve foundation yet by bidding procedure, who knows what became the cost of 2G spectrum? The quoted cost of scam are in common words speculations. Who knows what may were the minimum bid for that bidding procedure may be below what those agencies paid at present, and who knows the quite bought cost may were a lot below on the instant. the biggest situation is, the approach might want to were free and honest, and it became no longer. If Mr. A. Raja observed the corrupt practices of overdue Pramod Mahajan and Mr. Arun Shourie, then he's incompetent, and if no longer then he's corrupt. both thoughts he's incorrect and he managed to break the country and taxpayer's funds.

If you've damaged it, they are probably not liable. Check your house contents insurance. If you have comprehensive all risks cover they may sort it out. Otherwise go to Citizens Advice. It's free. Good luck.
