The stiffening of the penis is caused by blood flowing into it. According to your physical condition and state of mind the amount of stiffening and size can vary but only with the physical limits of that penis. A that is it. Pills will only help on the temporary basis. I suppose surgery could do something with implants. However having said that it appears that the great lovers of history such as Casanova were experts in oral sex so if it is the satisfaction of a lady you are after that would be the way

Pills and such do not work.

Its what you do with it that matters hunny.Size isnt everything BUT if you are still concerned go and see your GP or speciallist ...as something so important to you is worth the best medical advise and certainly not worth trusting online faddy remedies.

there are 'remedies' ...one works on suction...it will only enlarge the non erect length look though, if its a longer erection you seek I'm afraid short of surgery you'll just have to become happy in your own body
