depends on where and when...my take on it is the whole idea is to invite that and generally it works. i had a son into that and it took the working world for him to finally understand people tend to react unfavorably when you have a ring through your nose.

nah. unfortunatly people discriminated you in most places for most things. im not saying everywhere. this world is a discriminating world.

Oh please. I have to admit that I have caught myself staring just because it isn't something I am used to seeing all the time, but I treat them no differently.
I have even shopped at Hot Topic - not for me but my little neice who loves that store.
