My grandparents separated a few years ago but i can tell that they miss each other.

Oh yes. Once you form a family bond with someone, it is sometimes next to impossible to let them go. Mine has been gone for 9 years and is remarried, but I still long for what we could have had.

no we actually get along better know and stiil spend alot of time together and if she gets on my nerves i got my own place to walk away from the cituation.

NO, I do not miss being insulted every day, being hurt and crying all the time, having no self-esteem, being so depressed all the time...etc. etc. etc.........No I do not miss him and it's been almost 7 years.
