Lets go abt it one by one
Dirk Kuyt - no way, he's only just started playing in the EPL, and still he is no where near as good as the other 3. Hell, he is not even in his country's proper starting lineup
Wayne Rooney - definitely the best English striker around, but he isnt exactly a striker and likes to play more as a withdrawn forward or an attacking medio, thus he scores lot less than Henry & Drogba, so he doesn't quite cut it as world's best striker.
Thierry Henry - in a word, sublime, in another word, majestic, in another word, class. And this from me, who hates Arsenal like hell. But i'm not biased and credits due where its due. Henry is the greatest striker in the world, and for me, the second best footballer over all after Ronaldinho. Pure genius...
Didier Drogba - on current form, this guy's on fire, maybe even better than Henry, cause he sure scores a lot more, so he is a definite contender
But as the old adage goes "form is temporary, genius is forever" and even tho Drogba's the in-form striker, Henry is the genius. Definitely Henry.

Well, i don't think the comparison is favourable. This is Kuyt's first season, Rooney is only at the beginnning of his career and Drogba's only in his third season i think.
But, anyway, Henry has to be the best of the four.... so far. A striker's duty is to score goals- he's scored more premiership goals than all the other's combined! That is the simple and unfair conclusion.
How about we check on Rooney and Kuyt when they've played in as many premiership seasons as Henry has? Then we could tell who is the best of them all.

Recently (last couple of years) it has to be Henry ( i hate to say so as a Spurs fan),but he is mustard......but watch this space...the new best is gonna be Berbatov....still hasn't settled in fully yet,but has scored 7 goals in all competions for Spurs so far this season, and all his goals are class! he has unbelievable control,he can take down a pass from 30 or 40 yards better than any striker i have ever seen...he scores great goals from different position/angles and he has great ability going round players!
