No, the expression is "two wrongs do not make a right". In other words, if someone did that what is the difference between what the partner did and what the other partner proposes to do? Better to deal with it in a constructive, rather than self destructive, way.

NO, Surely not, I have been in this position before were I had cheated, and come to find out after that my bf was cheating with one of my friend's. My whole family knew and never told me, what's up with that.
Basically to answer your question I have been there done that, and would never do it again, because I know how much it can hurt someone.

Revenge, some say to forgive. But would you risk your life at getting "sweet revenge" when there are so many diseases out there and condoms are not 100% safe
If you are hurting so much, then FORGIVE and go through your grieving.Forgivness does not mean that the other person is right it just helps you move on faster and better without bitterness.
Show this person, if you decide to leave them that you do not condone their behavior and do not wish to carry on this realationship.
The sweetest revenge,YOU WILL SURVIVE WITHOUT THEM AND BE HAPPY

When I was younger I did. I wouldn't do that now, I'd just leave my partner instead and find someone who was worthy... If he'd cheated on me, he wouldn't be the person I thought he was and he would be a liar, which I hate. So there would be no point staying together... No second chances with me!

Depends on the stranger...but, I wouldn't do it to get back at them, I'd do it if I was attracted to the other person. The idea of trying to "payback" someone for doing what they wanted to do in the first place is 'jealous' behavior, and I'm not a jealous person. Jealousy is a wasted emotion...

Well, try not to stoop down to the level of the Fallen. Walk away & let the guilt eat him / her that he cheated on someone's morality & good faith. What goes round comes round. Donot lower your moral standards.
I would not.

That is a complete and total immature way to address a situation like that. ANYONE who does that isn't mature enough to be in a relationship.
... even though it happens a hell of a lot. lol
