i'm 30 yrs, housewife, in Delhi, i have 3 problems, (1) my breasts size is different, i have heavy breasts (size 38) after both deliveries, left breast is smaller than right, i feel it may be noticed in tight t shirts (2) my tummy is out of shape as aftereffects of 2 pregnancies so i cant wear clothes tight at waist or tummy (3) coz of these 2 problems, my upper part of the body looks very heavy whereas as my legs & hips r not so heavy, i look thin at the lower part of my body. so i want to get these things corrected. what options i have, is it surgery, slimming centre, medicines, massages, exercises or what? cant do much exercise also.

Don't worry about your breasts most woman suffer the same and is not even noticeable

Tummy - Thy and keep a good posture and concentrate on tucking your tummy in a couple of hours a day. Your body's core will strengthen and your tummy will become flatter over time.

Except for exorcise the surgical options are to harsh on your body and so many things can go wrong. Try a low GI diet as well if you are worried about your weight. You will feel gr8t.

I have a similar problem but I only have one child. So far staying active, eating right, and resting have helped me out a lot. Try and get enough sleep that helps with stress and weight loss. Also, exercise as much as you can. I know it's hard with two children but you can make it work. Doing an exercise dvd after they've gone to bed or taking a brisk walk a few nights a week can make a big difference. So long as you're doing something that involves getting your heart rate up and you change what you're eating you should start to see results soon.

These all common problems but it can be easily solved.

1. For your 1st problem, either you can go for surgery or there's some course of medication available in Apollo hospitals, Delhi and chennai.

2. Tummy, the best way is to do excercise. Go running (not walking) everyday atleast for 3 weeks, you will find big difference.

3. For your 3rd problem, 2nd point solution will help some how. My advice is to reduce oil, meat, and all fat items. If you're non-vegetarian, you can fish a lot.

Massage will just make you a relaxed out-of-shape person.

Exercise. Exercise Exercise.

Also reconcile yourself to the fact that a lady of 30 who has had children will not look like a lady of 20 who hasn't. Not unless she puts a ton of time into it that mortal moms don't have.

your problem is common in deliveries with ceasarian as it is not possible to massage immediately after delivery as in case of normal delivery. So best is were pad bra to overcome unequal look of breasts. you can do some exercise to reduce your awt. but try to wear elestic inner fits as advertise in HOTBIRD Europe channels. This will improve your overall look. do not try medicine or sergery. it may be harmful. If you need contact address of elestic inner fit you can contact me. This will solve your problems.

If massage worked to slim, most men would have pencil thin penises.

**join a slimming center as soon as you can--massages is recommended on week ends--you are sure to see results--my sister went for one after her second child and you would't believe she looked like a college student when i came for my hols..take care in choosing your center..Bye..Have a nice day...

you told ur figure is out of shape. i think slimming, massages and execrises can give u best result. so try for it. best of luck..

no much exercise,I am sagest yoga,yoga is very good option.
