Yes, but its not estrogen, its progesterone. This is produced by the corpus luteum of the pregnant mother (early pregnancy) and eventually the placenta. This hormones trigger the hypertrophy of the mammary glands and cause the cells to produce milk. The hormone that causes the milk to come out is oxytocin. It triggers the milk letdown so you see mothers breasts oozing milk even if the baby doesnt suckle.

It is possible that when a man takes estrogen first, for him to develop the breast, then progesterone (so that the cells in the breats could actually produce milk) and then take oxytocin (so that the milk comes out of the nipple) that a man can actually lactate.

When the mother-dog is nursing, you need to be feeding her approx DOUBLE the amount of food you would normally give her, so that she can produce the milk for her puppies. If you want to bottle-feed the pups yourself, go to the pet store and buy some proper puppy-milk formula. The pups will be getting weaned at approx 4 weeks old, and move onto a diet of regurgitated food that the mother has chewed up and spat out for them. If you are hand-rearing the pups by this time, get a dry puppy-kibble, and soak it in the puppy-milk formula to make a sloppy porridge mixture, gradually thickening the mixture over a couple of weeks, by using less of the puppy-milk.

Absolutley. Men have mamary glands and when stimulated can cause production. They can also get breast cancer.
Newborn males can actually lactate due to the high amount of hormones in the mother during pregnancy.

Yes, but it is NOT just estrogen. Women don't lactate all the time, so men would need both estrogen AND the specific hormones that make women lactate. Some transgender women take those that for some reason.
