My finace's (jason) cousin, Maya is 12, Jason gained custody of her 7 months ago, when both her mum and dad were killed in a car crash, Maya has had sex before, Jason and I had caught her last friday, having sex with a 19 year old guy who had climbed into her room, Jason and I called the cops on this guy and put padlocks on Maya's windows...
She has been doing this again... when she went to school yesterday, her teacher, said she found Maya and a 12th grader having sex in the bathroom. (right now that 12th grader is at the cops station)
She is getting out of control...we have done everything we can for her, but we are just out of thoughts... HELP PPL!!!!! HELP!!!!!

This is a hard one especially since you have more or less had a teenage tearaway handed to you ready to cause stress.
She isnt into the sex even tho i think she thinks she is, its all about the attention from the boys, does she have any friends at your place?? She will not become the most poular girl if she carries on this way and i know she will regret it when she is older.
I say councilling is the best option, maybe one for her and then you and family can stay for the last week and work through your issues and worries for her future if she carries on this way.
get her on some sort of contraception, better safe than sorry no matter how young they are.

I'd say her behavior has a lot to do with the loss of her parents. Some counseling might be a good idea. And what a shame that there are boys out there that would take advantage of a 12 year old girl. She is probably thinking (in her young mind) that sex is the same thing as love. She's lost her parents love, so she's trying to replace it with these boys. Just show her all the love you can, and try to get her into some counseling.

I see your concern, but really pregnancy is the least of your worries. Aids is a reality. First of all you will have to get her to a professional. A psychologist or a counselor.
I know it's gonna be hard convincing her and maybe also your husband, but she needs professional help.
Secondly talk to her about the dangers on having unprotected sex. She's a teenager and probably believes she's old enough to make her own decisions. So make her realize that an if she wants to be treated like an adult, she should act like one. Adults do not go around sleeping with just about any guy that's willing.
She's got serious issues to sort out. Sorry to say, you are not the one to sort them out. She has to come to terms with her own emotions.
Bottom line TAKE HER TO A PRO!!

this child is under alot of stress and this is her way of dealing with it. She needs to feel needed and wanted right now and this is her way of handling it. You need to get her some counseling if nothing else use the school counselor. And by all means go get her on birth control. No you will not be condoning her having sex, but you might just be saving her life. If she is going to do this then make sure you do everything you can to make it safe(condoms). That way if something did happen you would be guilt free. Good luck with this issue and stand strong for you and yours!

She may be doing it too feel loved, but you need to talk to her about it. She can get a STD from any of these guys she is dating. And you may want to buy her birth control and condoms.
(Even though, because she has the birth control and condoms she may have sex more because she thinks she is protected from every you need to tell her that she isnt and tell her about what could happen to her. My church showedd us what STD's look like and it changed our mindds about some of the stuff people do)

Clearly your not going to beable to make her stop but what you can do is talk to her about the cons of sex like stds,Hiv ext and you can find pictures online of what stds and Hiv does to your body and show it to her and explane to her that she is just too young to be having sex that she doesn't want to get pregnant right now and have to take care of a baby right now and then from there on hope she stops.

Persuade the school to give sex education. talk to Maya. Become more friendly with her. and if anything doesn't work' send her to a strict girls hostel and tell the authoritiesnot to let her out of the hostel.

Maybe you should takme her to a counselor. My sister-in-law's cousin had the same issue and it turned out she was bipolar and couldnt control what she was doing, it was just an urge she had to satisfy. She could be wanting attention. You said that her parents just died right? Well.. recently. Usually kids act out after something like that happens. You should take her to a therapist. Or you could try talking to her yourself. It's usually easier to talk to a stranger though.
