Nah! Theoretically a vampire can be anyone from anywhere so there is no ethnicity involved. And there IS a category: VAMPIRE. Difficult to recognize a vampire as anything but a vampire, don't you agree?

if there are vampires - they would not be considered race or ethnicity. They would go off of whatever race or ethnicity they are or were before death... being dead is a not a race... dying and becoming a monster doesn't change your ancestral roots. its like if you changed from a man to a woman that doesnt change your race.

That is like saying why dont people with big noses have their own ethnicity....cause vampires are in all races...
