My story is set in a fantasy world, inhabitted by human like creatures. Their technological level is that of the 17th of 18th century. They believe in many gods not one. They live in an island world surrounded by water from all sides.
In this world I want to give new names to the following inventions:
-The Telescope
-The Microscope
-The Church
-The Priests,Bishops, Archbishops, cardinals(The religious hiercarchy)
-Kings, queen princes, Dukes(Royal hierarchy)
-Ways of adressing royality and poriesthood(Your magesty, his highness, his holiness, etc)
-The God of Goodness
-The good of badness

oooh! interesting...
pls name the God of goodness innocentia (my name)? its latin for innocence which also signifies goodness/purity or if you have a godess somewhere there coz i'm female. God of badness could be Sheoul (as in hell... the place where bad souls eternally burn)...as long as it makes sense to the characteristic's of the person/diety or object in context.
