My story is set in a fantasy world, inhabitted by human like creatures. Their technological level is that of the 17th of 18th century. They believe in many gods not one. They live in an island world surrounded by water from all sides.

-The Church
-The Priests,Bishops, Archbishops, cardinals(The religious hiercarchy)
-Kings, queen princes, Dukes(Royal hierarchy)
-Ways of adressing royality and poriesthood(Your magesty, his highness, his holiness, etc)
-The God of Goodness
-The good of badness

JK rowling picked up a book on exotic spices to get all the names together for the Potter books. Pick up a book like that a listing of known but not common items.

Try reading "Clockwork Orange" by Anthony Burguess. He is really inventive and creative there you might get nice ideas.
