my college in india doesnt offer college internships...which i seriously want to do considering the fact that such industrial internships help ur job prospects and add ur resume plus give u valuable experience....
what should i do to convince my college for the same ?
or how should i apply personally in companies for such things ? which companies should i go to if im computer engineering student

Apply to all local companies thru email or Direct visit!
Look for local websites too!
Lots of companies are on look out for candidates which can work for less money/ allowance and you get experience
