men don't care about bust size as much as you would think. Most men are just happy to get some and have something to play with and look at when your dressed. Fake looks great until the shirt comes off and there's two sets of boobs. Wait 5 years and then decide.

If it really bothers you, go to a Lingerie Store and buy the pads that are made especially for that. Some women even use them after a Mastectomy operation.
Also, the push-up bras do work wonders. The Miracle Bra by Victoria's Secret is a good choice, or there are many others that can be purchased less expensive at your local Marshalls, Ross or TJ Maxx. They carry the same designer brands for much less and I have found several there.
I modeled professionally for 15 years and used to model swimwear and evening gowns often on the runwway or in the showroom. Many of the models like myself, with smaller breasts, would pad our bras with these specially made pads. They worked great. I also used them when I was a Miami Dolphin's Cheerleader. They really helped.
As some of the people commented already, there are those who do not look at a small bust as a bad thing. It is really a personal choice that only you can make. Many of the top models are very small busted and happy with it. As a matter of fact, a smaller bust does look better in the designer clothing and also makes you look thinner. You be the judge though. Only you know what you are comfortable with.
Anyway, good luck. I am sure you will find the right thing for you.

Question: If you liked a guy who was slightly bald, would you not date him for that reason?? Many guys love women with a small bust, and having them "changed" only looks good in a blouse....rarely are women happy 100% with the surgery or the after view. Don't scar yourself until you are 50 and need open heart surgery..... 19 today, 27 tomorrow. Your views and opinions will change COMPLETELY, but scar tissue is for a LIFETIME........ (look at all the actresses who can afford the best surgeons, how many of them are even 75% satisfied....?).

When you are putting on your bra lean forward and make sure your bosom is riding as high as possible in your bra. Gravity can help when you are putting on your undergarments.
Also I suggest wearing underwire bras (no lace), with a slight amount of molding/padding. Not too much padding just enough to help form your bust. Try a few different bras at the store and wear a sweater (slim fitting) to try on over them. You will be amazed at the difference.

Many women's breasts get about a cup size larger when they go on birth control pills, but keep in mind you would be going on hormones. You can also work on your pecs (push ups, bench presses) which would help a bit. Push up bras and inserts are great as well.

Try a miracle bra or some of those cutlets to put in your bra. None of those pills or miracle creams work. The only natural way to increase your breast size is to gain weight. Your boobs can get fat too.
