I have contacted chicago electric and they don`t know how to fix it or repair, the mig started to blows my fuses when is ready to weld, i have tried a new braker, new wire, thiner wire, etc, nothing so far, is brand new bought it from harbor freight, becareful what you buy from them, they will not replace it nor help you repair it.

Your right, be careful. I'm not familiar with that machine, but I'm assuming it's a 110 unit. You need at least a 20 amp fuse/breaker. Also you can't use an extension cord unless it is very heavy.
