Does anybody know a programme which can arrange proverbs, for me, alphabetically?

I am compiling a small compendium of proverbs, and I want to use a programme -preferably MSoft- which will arrange them alphabetically as I type them. Any help, please?

MS Excel and MS Access can both do this easily.

you can also put them in a table in MS Word and then sort them...
