Public Holiday Surcharge
From 6.00pm on the eve of a Public Holiday to 12 midnight of the day of the Public Holiday*.
(ie: the 5 major public holidays, New Year's Day, first and second of Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali and Chirstmas Day).

Where the public holiday falls on a Sunday and the following Monday is a holiday, the Public Holiday surcharge will be payable up to midnight of Monday.

#A flat $12 midnight surcharge, $10 surcharge for every additional stop and prevailing administration fee for credit and charge card payments are applicable. All other surcharges such as ERP, holiday surcharge and peak period will be waived.

e. A 10% administrative charge on top of total taxi fare is applicable for Credit and Charge Card payments. The prevailing GST is chargeable on top of the 10% administrative charge.
f. A $0.30 administrative charge on top of total fare is applicable for NETS payment.

taxi fares in singapore are alrite...not expensive.

per kilometer would be about sg$2.50 to $3.50, depends on the type of company...

its affoardable dont worry and distances from places to places in singapore are not far...

Take public transit. It's way cheaper than a cab ride. Besides their public transit is quite efficient.... Unless you're in a hurry then by all means spend all your dollars!

if you book a taxi during peak hour,
even before wheel has not moved.
you have to pay 7.50S$
(booking 3$ + starting meter 2.5$ +
peak hour 2$)
