Angels and Demons was his best by quite a way - would rate it a 9 out of 10.
Deception Point would make a good movie.

Ratings based on enjoyment of the time spent reading the books not literary quality of them.
Dan Brown isn't the best writer but his books are very readable and fun. Some of these people need to get over themselves and enjoy the books for what they are.

I think all of Dan Brown's books are crap; I wouldn't give any of them a rating above 2. I very much enjoyed reading Angels and Demons because I was flying to Italy and it was kind of fun to read about the historical sites and then visit them the next day. Also, his books are very readable. but aside from that, his work is not literautre. it's poorly written and reminds me somewhat of a fancy Harlequin Romance novel. There is no substance and complexity to any of his novels, and whats more, he is a bad writer.

Ummmm .... none of them?
I've read DiVinci Code and Angels and Demons. Was so disappointed in both that I doubt I'll ever pick up another one of his books. He's just not that good an author (but he must have a great PR person because he gets a lot of undeserved hype).

I've only read The Da Vinci Code and wouldn't bother to waste more time on this author. Teenagers seem to enjoy him, though.

None of them. Try Michael Crichton or Ken Follett, or the master of suspense, John Le Carre.
