People wear make up everywhere. I bet there are tons of american women who wear so much make up to, but you just dont want to talk about them, do you?

No they don't. The real ones, ( not Hispanic) I mean from Europe ( real Latin roots) don't.However, if for you Latins are people from Central orLatin America etc. of course they do.
