You simply cant "purge" them, but you can lock them up for life!!!!
Something goes wrong in thier head, either enviromental, (chemicals that seep into thier brains from poisons or pesticides), and causes them to go nuts, or heriditary...(you always have someone thats nuts in the family), or they were molested when they were a kid and dont know any better, because they may have come from broken homes and thats how they were treated...
Too many variables to even catagorize, but suffice it to say, if you find them, be assured that its not thier "first offence", because its a proven fact that pediphiles are often caught only after thier 4th offense against one or more people!
Lock them up for life because they are a danger to Society... Its the only way to protect our kids now days...
And, the LORD expects us to protect them at all cost! Either that, or we get the millstone out and drop it around thier necks in the water...hmmm...
I wish you well..

Well, I have a friend who is one. He himself was molested at a young age, & he said he simply did to someone else what was done to him, but he got caught. He has a criminal record, but he's only 23 years old, & can only work at a McDonald's because of that record.
He's gone to sex offender's class for a long time, too...to help him gain control over his issues.

Unfortunately, they can only be found out after they've victimized someone. Once identified, though, they should be treated to a 303 slug in the base of the skull (the only true cure).

Actually, you'll find it's legislation in western, first world civilisations... it's a lot more common elsewhere and they don't seem to have a problem with it.
