In this stunt a girl jump on a guys stomach from a chair.
I am a 200 pound guy who is in martial arts and she is about 100 pounds, should we try this stunt or is it too dangerous?

looks like the timing is the thing.. He is contracting his stomach just the moment she hits. You can tell his stomach doesnt squish in..
If you are not trained in this, you could severely injure yourself.. What if she misses and you crack a rib and it punctures your lung? what if she hits your speen and it ruptures?... If theres really no purpose to do this stunt, dont...
Ive always heard.. "just cause everyone is jumping off the cliff, you dont need to either"
