I'm an American and my best friend is 23 and she is still a virgin, she won't give it up unless he is her husband or her perfect match. Honestly its all up to the person because marriage is more like a business contract these days so they can save on taxes, etc. In regards to Lindsay Lohan that is like asking if Paris Hilton has the same IQ as a three year old, Hell No she ain't no virgin, and I should never insult a three year old by comparing their intelligence to the idiot of Paris Hilton.

Dude, there is NO WAY that girl is a virgin. I think she should be arrested for underage drinking. She's 20 and is already going to alcoholics anonymous meetings. Wonder how that got out.
