after complete my ejacuration i feel very tired and the urethra having some pain , spinal code getting pain and it get difficult to ejacurate when i repeat sex on the same time. what might be the problem with this condition?

you need a break in between orgasms about 15 no 20 minutes just don't fall asleep .then every thing sould be normal for round two
