It's not a circle, it's a sphere. (not a perfect one, but close enough)
There is overwhelming evidence to this fact.

For all interested to read. The earth is not a perfect circle (as you call it) it is 22 miles less in dia. at the poles than the equator. But, just so you can get a feel, remember the earth is approx. 8,000 miles in diameter. The highest point is agreed to be Mt. Everest and the lowest the trench off the southern coast of Japan. Everest is approx 5 mile high and the trench 6 miles deep. Includint both is a total of approx 11 miles. This means that any living creature at the bottom of the trench and eafles that may fly to the top of Everest are all in a a film of organic life that is thinner than the film on a chicken egg. Think about it. These are the things that matter. It is where does all this fit and where do we fit in it. Just a matter of perspective. Kind of interesting how we get all worked up over a bad hamburger.

The Earth is not a a circle but a sphere or are you just asking a trick question? If not you can get in a 'plane and travel in a straight line for nearly 25 thousand miles and you will be back close to where you started which should prove the world is a sphere.

This really the practical question asked by you.
its answer is when you put many sticks side by side like- IIIIIIIII in this way and if you see this sticks from large hieght then you will find that stics are not horizontally place in the horizontal . but they are placed on the round surface. and thus is theseen from large distance
like (((IIII)))). This expt. was done by aristotle while proving that earth is round.I think u might be getting my point and if yes then be my sience freind. My email id is amolvbhutada@yahoo.co.in

ok, if you have your friend get into a 100 foot tall sail boat and he travels 15 miles away from you, you cant see him, even with binoculars, he has dissapeared over the horizon, because of the curve of the earth. now the15 miles is what i remember, it is probably different but just an esimate

Well mister, if you think it's flat........then by all means make your way to the end of the world and leap if you want to. Just kidding, well I believe it's spherical.
