Luck will have very little to do with the career path you have chosen... you will need perseverence and the desire to make it. It is a cut throat industry and requires a lot of hard work. Be prepared to make sacrifices... if you want it bad enough, you should be able to succeed...

I know one college where in you can pursue. Here you can pursue your studies in Carnatic classical music. The college is located in the town of Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. This is a Govt college, so the fees is also quite less. You can opt for instrumental or Vocal.

Get admission in college for graduation ( B.A.) with music as one subject in june/july 2007 when new session begins. Do post graduation in music. You will definitely find suitable channels to go forward.
