turning brown on the edges and the two covers or loose looks to have not been opened in two hunderd years very intact and all the writings of thomas jefferson and madison are theirs complete view of world relations, 500 page book form,i just collect treasure books got any?

This is a tricky question and it really just depends on what you are looking for. It also depends on where you are looking. All states had different laws about the records they "officially" kept. But different types of records were kept officially starting at different dates.
With books like these, they are usually housed in the rare books and manuscripts section of research libraries. They need to be properly taken care of, otherwise they will disintegrate beyond repair.

Get out your Yellow Pages and look up book seller/appraisers. This is something that you need professional help for.
