Penis enlargement is a fallacy. No drugs have been shown that make any difference. However some of those do make a stronger erection. Another means of penile enlargement is by suction or even by hanging weights on the penis. This is both uncomfortable and leads to erectile dysfunction…erections are caused by the filling of the blood vessels of the penis and the extended vascular pool can not sustain the erection. A smaller but a stronger penis will provide more satisfaction to both partners. Surgical procedures are expensive and usually result is less than sensational.

Can I make my penis bigger?
If you pay a plastic surgeon several thousand dollars, your penis can become fatter, but not really longer. And you know what? That's really the only method of penis enlargement that works. Everything else — particularly pills sold through magazines and the Internet — is a scam, aimed at malekind's #1 biggest insecurity. Some devices involving suction or vacuum can actually injure your penis. Instead of trying to change it, learn to accept your penis exactly the way it is. It's amazing how much incredible pleasure it can provide.

It may enlarge while you are pumping and for a time after if you use a retention ring, but no pill or gadget will enlarge your penis.

When considering body part enlargement techniques, it’s important
to glean your information from reliable sites, and not sites that sell
pills, weights, or pumps. The following site does sell some sort of
“method”, that no doubt is useless. However, I have posted this site
as it explains clearly, why “other” methods do not work! Further
down, I have posted information from reliable sites for you to
consider.
The short answer is there is no successful penile enlargement solution!
“Considering penis enlargement? Don't waste your money on
ineffective and possibly dangerous male-enhancement pills, pumps,
exercises and surgeries.
If you've seen the "Austin Powers" movies, you may have laughed at
Austin for owning a penis-enlargement pump. But you also may have been
thinking, "Hmm. I wonder if something like that could give me an extra
inch or two."
Penis-enlargement products aren't difficult to find. Men's magazines,
sports radio shows and Internet sites are filled with advertisements
for pumps, pills, weights, exercises and surgeries — all of which
supposedly can increase the length and width (girth) of your penis.
Even if you've never visited an Internet porn site, you've likely
received many unsolicited e-mails for products and services that
promise to make you more of a man.”
“The partner perspective: How they view penis size
E-mail advertisements would have you believe that women care deeply
about penis size. But women responding to magazine surveys say they
don't care about size at all.
What's the truth? A Dutch study of 375 sexually active women who had
recently given birth suggests that the surveys are accurate — to a
point. Seventy-nine percent of the women said that penis length is
unimportant, and 69 percent of them said the same about penis girth.
E-mail advertisements would also have you believe that gay men are
obsessed with penis size. But individual preferences vary. Average
penis size is the same in both gay and straight men.
So, unless your partner tells you otherwise, it's probably safe to
assume that you're fine just the way you are. Understanding your
partner's physical and emotional needs and desires may do far more to
improve your sexual relationship than would changing the size of your
penis.”

Regarding surgery: “None of these techniques have been shown to be
safe or effective. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons describes
injecting fat into the penis as "a new and unproven cosmetic procedure
of unknown safety" with potential risks that include infection, skin
or sensory loss, excessive bleeding and loss of function.”

The only information on this site that is accurate is the part
referring to penile enlargement scams. Read the first page, and leave
the site! ** Graphic pictures

“Investigators also brought in a noted endocrinologist, Dr. Glenn
Braunstein, to examine the pills’ ingredients.
“I am unaware of any scientific or medical evidence that can support
or justify the advertising representations made for the Longitude
formula as to its effect on penis length,” he wrote in court
documents.
A law enforcement source, who spoke with MSNBC.com on condition of
anonymity, put it more succinctly: “The only thing that was increasing
was the size of the perpetrators’ bank accounts.”

Feilong-ga, another Google Researcher, answered a similar question:
http://answers.google.com/answers/thread...
Why would men would want to cause themselves pain, take pills that
may have dangerous side effects, or risk loss of performance with
surgery? Women look for emotional involvement, and don’t carry a tape
measure with them into the bedroom. I’ve always wondered why people,
(men AND women) want to change their body parts. When someone presents
a love interest with a gift, the wrapping is torn off and discarded.
The gift inside is far more important than the packaging! I believe
that most people are more interested in finding a partner with
qualities other than packaging!
Save your money,
