Reviewing my 21 Jump Street DVDs, which were made in the late 1980s. They portray racially integrated gangs, which I thought was not normally the case. Aren't most teen gangs racially segregated, and in fact racists of whatever color?

I don't know who the best answer is, but the one that said Johnny Depp "got old" is definitely the worst!

gangs are usually made up of a group of people who share the same things (negative mostly, but sometimes positive) mostly all of the time....they are of the same race, school, area, etc.

yep they usually are racially segregated, keeping each to his or her own 'homeboys/homegirls'.
