Licenses...because chances are you're not just be deploying it on a single machine. You need to know how many you need and corelate that to various licensing scheme available for the particular software you need. This is not only because of finacial impact, but also for legal reasons.
Another "unseen" cost is life-cycle management. If your software has a high-rate of version turn-over because of upgrades and revision, you might want to be ready to calculate the lifespan of the product's usefulness vis-a-vis its ROI.
Lastly, product support costs. You need to know if you have to pay for user support issues, whether now or later for as long as you possess that software.
