The best one i heard took a long time to set up. The person was moved into an identical room with everything UPSIDE down

Well there's the extreme version and the no heart version
no heart version;
change the ringtone on phone by recording some new little messages such as dumba$$ has a call or something on the line and draw and decorate the persons face.
Extreme and what i would do;
Well, if you can access the bedroom, a really fun idea is to move all, i mean all of the content of the bedroom onto a main street, with the occupant and let the occupant sleep on the road with furniture for the night, extremely funny, priceless, but needs a couple of things 1. extreme drunkness and 2. to be close to a university dormitory or no-one will see the funny side.

I generally only play pranks on people when they're awake, but my mate dragged me into the corridor at university halls and I woke up with various "decorations" on me from many contributors. It drew quite a crowd, which dispersed when I farted then threatened to open my sleeping bag.
A good one would be to blindfold and tie them, then wake them up and make out they've been kidnapped and will be tortured if they don't talk about the "job" on Friday... You could get a couple of digs in, too, if you don't like them that much....

When I was in the Navy falling asleep in the mess was a big mistake and usually ended up in some horrible thing happening.
One lad had his whole face, neck and ears coloured in with black marker pen, including the inside of his ears! He also got a rude four letter word written on the back of his neck so he couldnt see it but everyone else could.
Think it only worked cos it was an alcohol induced sleep!
That was warning enough for me not to fall asleep in the mess!

i had a prank played on me at a party once many years ago. i got extremely drunk and passed out. someone thought it`d be funny to put a bottle of amyl nitrate under my nose! i thought my heart and head were going to explode! then i passed out again! never found out who did it either. i didn`t find that particularly funny

quite a few years ago we used to have a guy at our
sports club who would get so drunk he would fall asleep at the bar.
occasionally he used to wake up with spiders drawn on his hands and his shoe laces tied together, u know, just in case he tried to run, i suppose.

put make up on the guys to see how many would wash face in morning before they went off to pub for a curer try it you will be amazed at how many don't wash

this is so lame but i put liquid paper on their face and toothpaste in their hair summer camp like 10 yrs ago
