This is a difficult one. I've learned from mostly every mistake I've made and its made me the person I am now so does that still make them mistakes or just a learning curve?
I guess the biggest mistake I keep making is not being decisive enough in my life and letting things drag on for longer than necessary. Self doubt and indeciseveness are my biggest mistakes.

Honey, the ten biggest mistakes I ever made would be against the Fifth Amendment!
But the biggest one I can talk about is letting myself get fat. It trashed my body and my social life, and my mind as well due to the trashing of my body and my social life. I've managed to have fun in spite of it, but I can also imagine (sort of) how much more fun I could have had -- and more successful in many ways I might have been -- if I had not let myself get fat.

I pooped myself on my paper round when I was 13.
I don't even know if that was the biggest mistake I ever made.
Actually, I changed my mind, My biggest mistake ever was to start smoking.

The biggest mistake was that I trusted somebody with all my heart and soul and body and forgot myself completely and woke up four years later to be a complete wreck.

Selling my bungalow and moving to Spain.
I'm back now, but have not been able to purchase another property,and therefore have to rent. (money up the wall).
I have no collateral anymore and feel everything I worked so hard for all my life, I threw away thinking the grass would be greener the other side of the fence.
If your thinking of doing the same, DON'T.

my biggest mistake would be taking my mother for granted. I thought she would always be there no matter what kind of pain I caused her. Then one day she was taken away from me. I regret putting her though so much.

It would have to be smoking, have tried so many times to give up. Waste of money and im doing myself such damage. Will keep trying to give up, hopefully before it kills me.
