Is it worth while to buy?

It was fun when it was still supported, but not so much these days, especially compared to new systems like the Nintendo Wii.
Still, if you can get it cheap enough, they did make some good games for the Dreamcast. Sega's sports games all tended to be very good.

If you like playing older games and are not into the new "best graphics" craze, than it's pretty good. But if you're truing to find out if dremcast is going to have a come-back, then the answers is plain and simply NO.
Back in the day it was great, but now... Well you get the point, everything gets old.
