Astral projection is very hard to do, your Astral soul needs to be very strong ,i believe if you can astral project then nothing can damage your astral being, now damaging your living body while it is unprotected that could be possible, but you would have physical signs that this had been done, fear can cause you to be unable to astral project but that's just negative energy once you gain your confidence back you will be able to astral project again BLESSED BE

No it is not possible unless you believe it, fear is probably the element and as regarding astral projection it is possible and you do not need to die to experience it.
You have heard of astral journeys it is much the same only some know they have projected whilst others have no knowledge it ever happened.

Any such perception on your part is illusory. The maleficia (harmful magic--"black magic" is an incorrect term; black is beautiful, not bad) being performed is something you are doing to yourself. Now, your motivation for this may be an emotional reaction to an interaction with another person, but the spiritual distress you are experiencing is self-imposed. And, moreover, you have the power to heal yourself.

I couldn't do it to anyone without killing them.
Now, to damage your spiritual body, well yes that is quite possible. But there are very VERY few practicioners of magick who would ever do such a thing intentionally.

Black magic is a waste of time and will not affect you, unless
you strongly believe in it and, if so, go to another witch and
have your body "cleaned" of any evil wishes directed to you.
I, personally, think these procedures to be a lot of nonsense,

astral projection is near imposible so almost have to die to acomplish it soo if you cant do it that doesnt mean that some one killed your astral bodie if they did that you would be dead. your astral body is your soul.
