well lets say you (guy or girl wichever) are deeply in love with your mate. and you didnt want NO ONE to have him/her. but lets say he or she got raped. how will you react to that to know that the person that you LOVE the most in the whole wide world was raped. will you get mad or will you help him/her out and seek justice?

(i ask this question because some guy i know got real mad because his girlfriend was raped. instead of helping her out and seeking justice he got mad saying she had intercourse with another person so he can no longer be with her. i know hes a dumba$$ for reacting that way but luckly they cought the rapist)

He probably was misdirecting his anger. He was mad at the rapist, but couldn't do anything about it. He probably felt helpless and angry at himself so he put it on her because he was ashamed that he couldn't help her.
I already told my teen age daughters that if anything happened to them I would do everything possible to get the person, even if it meant that I get arrested for killing them.

It's very sad this girl's boyfriend wasn't able to see the distinct difference between :getting raped", and "having intercourse".

I'm very sorry for this girl, and would certainly try to help her.

Luckily this so-called "boyfriend" showed his true colours to her before she got involved with him any further.....I hope that, once (if) she gets over this rape, she'll find the boyfriend she so deserves.

Your understanding of "enlightenment" is the key. If it means a complete comprehension of "Truth", then I suggest that a person would not only be able to live in the world as it is, but be willing and able to both help those who can accept "enlightenment", and allow those who cannot to continue living as though there were no light. I think that to hide from, or manipulate the world around us is evidence that we lack full "enlightenment.

I would hope that I would stand by my loved one.

Actually I had a first wife who had lots of other guys and as far as I know none of them raped her. I stood by her for about seven years too long.

I WAS something of a dumb-***, but I learned--eventually.

Really stupid to get angry, whats the point?
Non one wants to get raped so why blame or be angry with someone who has been, give support rather and get some outside help if necessary.

Help her get through it. Seek justice with her and tell her to dump the a.s.s.h.o.l.e. of a bf.
