after ignoring him everytime, is it a valid reason to be creeped out if he still insists in contacting you?

yes, he's a complete stranger. i can't even remember talking to him, not even once. i never even had a close encounter with him, and i never heard his name before until he kept on bothering me.

Is he really a complete stranger, or is he your neighbor, or someone from the internet? Best thing to do- tell him in a nice way that he is distrubing you and ask him to leave you alone. That way if he persists, you can call the cops and say that you had told him clearly to stop pestering you...

Keep ignoring him.If that doesn't work tell the cops. There are too many creeps around that need to be dealt with.

It depends on the person. But if you want to get rid of him simply ignore him as best as you can. He'll most likely get bored eventually.

It depends on how he's trying contact you - in person, by phone, by email, by chatting. If it's by email or chat, just block him. Otherwise, you may need to talk to the police.
