IT seems like men are more often quicker to date after the loss of a spouse.

Men tend to be used to being taken care of. And seem more lonely.

Although all people are different. Each person reacts differently

Quicker than what? Many widows and widowers never date after their spouse dies. Chances are they were happy with them and can't imagine a life with anyone else.

Men tend to date sooner. I don't believe that it is because we are more callous, I just think women have a better social network for emotional support, where a man tends rely on his wife more for this. I also think that women are better crossed trained, and more likely to have been left with the financial end taken care of through a life insurance policy.
