I do not think that is a possibility; sad but true. Not only do our differences humanize us, they also tend make some of us intolerant towards each other.
As long as there is the world, there will be different groups of people in it who cannot be expected to shake off their identities and sense of belonging to a culture, country etc.
Differences will lead to binding relationships and they will also lead to destructive forces.
We can only hope to foster better and better relationships with all factions, countries etc. but that will not change every individual of that country or faction.
Let's hope the world keeps getting better and better.
Cheers.

First step is to get rid of all organized religion and ideology. More blood has been shedded for the idea of God than anything else in the world. The second step would be to eliminate all nuclear, biological bombs and anything that can be considered weapons of mass destruction. Thirdly, we should set a global standard of living and make sure everyone can at least live comfortably. There is more than enough money in the world to make it happen.

Pray. Prayer is powerful. Eventhough it doesn't sound so convincing that it can lead the world free from terror, trust me that miracles can happen.

realistically speaking, that'll be too enormous a task (and responsibility) to undertake. but it should be something to hope for--that through a little kindness and tolerance, we can achieve this goal.
