I'm getting a Christmas miracle THIS year!
My husband is in the Army, and deployed right now. He was set to get his 2 weeks R&R in April! (He left in August.) I was going to spend a very long time without seeing my husbands face.
Well, he's been working really hard in Iraq, and someone FINALLY noticed! They're sending him on leave RIGHT NOW! He left Iraq this morning to fly into Kuwait. I'll pick him up at the airport in the next day or two!
I know it's going to be a long time before I see him after this. (His deployment is 12 months long.) But I'm glad that he'll be home for Christmas. I'm glad that he'll be here with me and our kids for something. Last time he was deployed he got leave in late September, and he was a little upset that he missed everything. Birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas....ect.
My Soldier home safe in my arms for Christmas is a miracle to me! Happy Holidays everyone!

I think it has to be the one where the Axis and Allied armies were battling ferociously. Then at midnight, Christmas morning, all of the fighting stopped. Then the German soldiers started singing:
'Stille Nacht! Heil'ge Nacht!...
And the Allied soldiers joined them:
Silent night! Holy night!...
One night of peace in the middle of death. I think that's pretty magical.

As Christmas is a fiction, if there was a Jesus he was not born on 25th December, it is all rubbish. At least this question is posted in Myths.
