Its about learning the correct way and practice. If you can walk elegantly in any other shoes then it should be easier in heels. Heels make the body stand up right and look better, this causes the figure to move more elegantly and so-fourth.

See the below link for other ideas....

The only shoes I wear have heels I actually find it harder walking in flats (well seriously uncomfortable any way), the best thing to do is hold everything in and try not to put your feet down too heavy dont let your legs part walk one foot over the other almost like your walking on an imaginary line.
If you cant do it then dont wear them as there is nothing worse than seeing a woman walking in big heels who clearly is not coping with her steps and looks an absolute mess.
Kitten heels are very cute, try them. good luck

Try not to walk 'toe-heel' like you would in flat or solid heel shoes, stilettos have a habit of buckling undr a little when you do this. Practice on carpet first and talk to you show repair person about having a thin layer of rubber put on the sole (if not already) to avoid slipping. Walk tall.

It's safer to walk in flat heels-But for those women who want to walk elegantly in high heels...I would image that taking dancing classes, pole dancing, or anything that would influence your body classes. Also wear sexy undies under clothes..both should help you feel more graceful n sexy..Image yourself as model..
Try that :o)
It's suggestion, not based on my experiences...I HATE wearing high heel shoes..always wear flat heels. I wore high heel shoes in proms in my old days, and I remember trying to find seats often during dancing night! With my flat heels...I just walk and walk around having good time-not worried about findin seats :o)

Heel to toe. Spread your toes. Swing your arms and let your hips sway for balance.

keep your head up, your back as straight as possible, stay on the tips of your toes and lean slightly forward when you walk.

(plus, practice makes perfect.... i can run up and down stairs in three inch stilettos)

Yes, don't topple over on your head, or back on your ar*se.
