It is very good for you and contains a lot of anti-oxidents. The nausea you may be feeling could be the body cleansing itself of all the chemicals, toxins etc in your blood. My adviceis Green tea is not going to cause you any harm and if you were seriously allergic to it you would have known it by now(ie. Anaphylactic shock, nut allergies etc). I would suggest giving it a little while longer and see if your condition improves. If it does not then i would consult your GP or Doctor or even visit a Chinese Herbalit to see if there is any other forms of treatment they can recommend. Chinese Herbalism is fantastic and can cure just about any condition.
Also try not to drink one of the "high street" brand green teas. Go for a slightly more expensive but better one and you will notice an immense difference. My ex used to bring it back from her flights as Cabin Crew and the difference was amazing.

Don't worry about the nausea as it should go away within a week if you drink the tea every day. It is true that green tea is very healthy for you and is detoxifying you. If you aren't used to drinking a lot of water and you suddenly start drinking several glasses more per day, the same thing will happen until your body has flushed out the impurities. So, drink up! Your body will thank you for it.

You can water it down or sweeten it with honey if that helps.... try some of the other varieties too like green tea with orange extract is lovely. Another option if the nausea doesn't go away is to try white tea which is the blossoms of the green tea plant.... even better for you and very mild. Don't make the teas too strong either!

give it a go for a week, but if you're still not going well, just go off it! Don't forget that YOUR BODY is your best judge of what is good for it and not. You shouldn't need to take anything to help it go down, if your body disagrees with it, then listen.
I Assume that you're taking green tea because of the antioxidants. If you can't drink the tea and want a far stronger source of antioxidant I would recommend grape-seed extract. It is the most potent on the market!

Your body is taking in something new, which can sometimes take a week or 2 to adjust as with most remedies. It can sometimes depend on your diet, as green tea detoxifies the body. If you have a high intake of fruit, veg and low fat protien then green tea is a good idea. However feeling nauseous is your body cleansing itself. So don't let it worry you. It's just doing it's job.

I would switch to white tea if I was you.
White Tea is a more raw and less processed version of Green Tea. From an eastern medicine perspective it is more balancing and neutral than Green Tea. So try switching to white tea.
Better benefits plus less abrasive and you will probably like it better.
Plus find a good tea company... so many bad ones out there...

It could be an allergic reaction. I have two friends that are allergic to it and it didn't settle well on their stomach to start with and when they tried to drink it again it cause a more sever reaction (rashes, swollen throat, etc). I would have never of thought of someone being allergic to tea until I heard their stories, so proceed with caution. Your body might be giving you a warning.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. The idea boosts your metabolism and increases natural ephadrine, the hormone of which burns fat. According to Jeya Henry, professor of human nutrition on Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon with your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 %!
