Go to a photo hosting site and host your picture. The site I use is http://www.photobucket.com. Then, you need to use a Myspace profile generator. The one I use is MyGen. I don't have the URL handy but if you type it into the search engine, it will come right up. MyGen will allow you to customize your entire theme for MySpace. The first thing it will ask you about is your background, and if you want to use an image. Photobucket will give you a URL for your image, copy and paste it into the generator and you will be good to go!

upload to http://www.photobucket.com/ So you can get a URL code for it.. next you need a layout generator.. i found http://www.blinkyou.com works the best it has more features then other ones.. fonts colors and other tweaks like picture flips when making you back ground...
oh and if you do it there.. your text in your about me section will be the same as what is writting in your extended net work box...
