NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE ON THIS SITE TELLS YOU, YOU NEED TO GET A LAWYER. They will be able to let you know what you can and can't do, this sounds to me like a huge workers comp case. hire a good lawyer, you will not regret it!

If it happened at work while performing your duties, it's work related. Contact the labor board for your area and start there. Your employer CANNOT diagnose you; so if they are claiming you had an epileptic seizure, a doctor would need to agree with that.

your emplyeer is tryin to assume no responsabily from it, but obvious its work related. you need to file a formal complaint to you emplyer, narrating the whole incident, so that could be on file,

But if you feel you cannot continue working, or are havin to much pain, you might want to file for disability or workers comp, while you get better.

your injuries sound serious and you shouldnt let your employer jip you. they are tryn to fool you, but you need to be one step ahead.
