Here is the Oxford definition of a nation.

A relatively large group of people organized under a single, usually independent and sovereign government; a country.

Quebec is neither independent (lost 2 times the referendum), neither a sovereign country.
At the very best it is only a distinct society.

I personaly like our neighbors (Canadians) a lot.
However they (their Government) has allowed this.
I think what is to Canada, better be left with Canada.
They are smart, hard working and very intelligent a people.
They will short out anything they need to do in their own way,
I am sure.
If they wish to allow "Quebec" a "nation" status within their nation, well that is really their business.
Sorry I may sound a "bit harsh", but we Americans know "little" if anything of our most important neighbors and their Politics.

Quebec is not consorted a nation, they just like to think so and call them self's a nation. They just want to be there own country, well I say good they can get the hell out. Without taking the land. I mean if they do not want to be apart of Canada then fk em. They can go to France. Canada is a great country and they should just learn to love it or leave, and stop complaining.

The only people that call them a nation is them selfs.

Quebec is not a nation. It has an ego the size of a larger nation.
