I would say the ewoks in the older movies and it has to be jar jar binks in the recent movies!!!! But in general I love all the characters George Lucas has come up with. Amazing!!

Han Solo is hot, and R2-D2 is cute. But Yoda is the greatest Jedi ever, no one can compete with his power. Besides, he said the best quote of any Star Wars movie: "may the force be with you".
