This all depends on what you would consider "better". I enjoy eating at every single one of these establishments, while liking some things at one, more than the other.
KFC, atleast from my experiences with them, you get a good amount of nice quality food for a pretty cheap price. My favorite, and possibly most simple kinds of food from here are the macaroni and cheese, potatoes and corn. The single most favorite thing from here is the barb-q pork that they serve.
Burger King, the reason I like this place a lot is that it's still fairly cheap for the -size- of food that you receive when you buy something. Example would be a whopper, or a double whopper. It's prices slightly more than something that you would normally receive at, lets say, McDonalds, but the quality of a whopper far exceeds what you would get at one of those places. The food tastes really good here, and if you stick away from the fries, and fries from all places as well, it's not really that bad of a place to eat at.
McDonalds, there isn't really much that I like from here, except for the fact that the double cheeseburgers are just a dollar, and I can easily throw around 2-3 dollars on a burger or two, and then get a small drink, and get refills over at the machine. The fries here are good, but it's better to just stay away from them, because the fries in any fast food restaurant are just plain not good for you, if you're going to get fries, go to a -real- restaurant and order something like home fries or something.
Subway, this has got to be the most logical choice of a place to eat. It provides large variety of food to choose from, ranging from simple sandwiches, to something like a one foot sub. With the freedom you have to choose to put ON your sub, you get more choices to get what YOU want. Places like Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's... they all only give you the choice to be able to really only REMOVE things, instead of adding things that could be good for you such as lettuce, tomatoes etc. Also, the choice of bread that you can choose from is six different choices ranging from wheat, to italian bread. The prices here price about the same as a meal at McDonalds or Burger King, but that is only the one foot subs. The 6-in. subs are far cheaper.
All-in-all, it's not a matter of what is better persay... but what YOU want for yourself. If you want to eat cheap, go to McDonalds, it may not be as good for you, but it's affordable. If you want to eat slightly more expensive, but eat much healthier, go to subway. YOU have the power to eat healthy, it's all about the choices you make, just make the right ones. I myself like to eat cheap sometimes, and at times, I love to eat healthy. Make your own choices and try not to make other people persuade what you want to do, unless it's for your own good.

It's a mood thing with me.
Generally I would choose KFC. If I feel like something a little healthier (?) I will go for the Subway, but if it's meat I crave, then it's the Burger King.
Never a McD's, I think they taste nasty.

I am partial to Burger King. I think the food tastes a little better, at least for me most of the time. Occasinally I will want a McDonald's speciality thing but otherwise BK. Also I think their prices slightly better.

Mc Donalds is godawful.
KFC variety meals are gorgeous and leave you full for days.
The double whopper with cheese is good but the best is the Subway meatball marinara with gherkins, onions, olives lettuce double cheese and southwest sauce. Foot long of course.
Ooh Im dribbling a bit now
