A few things I have learned in life when you face problems:
If it's up to you to fix it, then do it. If it's something that must wait, don't drive yourself nuts with it; put it on hold and occupy yourself with something else until it's time to fix it. (Patience is learned from this and learning patience is one of the greatest tools you'll ever need.) If it's something you can't fix but was of your doing, make ammends. Your conscience will be grateful and you'll sleep better. If it wasn't your doing, let it go. I promise, it won't kill you.
Never let a day go by without doing something productive. Never let a day go by without giving back to the world. Learn to find satisfaction in doing for others without receiving anything in return. It's true that it comes back to you tenfold when you need it most.
Always remember, the strong person is the one who can hold back when attacked, not the one who can throw the hardest punch. When you can stand serenely in the face of the one who says he's better than you, and do no harm to him, you've got him beat right there.

In decision-making reason by all itself may not prove to be correct unless you temper it with wisdom. Wisdom overcomes the inherent pitfalls of logic (and often is in conflict with it!) It is the result of an insight from experience. Thus people could be knowledgeable and logical but not necessarily wise!

Give your self a minute to think and you give yourself a chance to make a better decision.
Which pretty much just says never react without thinking because when it is all over you will be kicking yourself in the *** that you didn't make the right decision. "PLEASE DO NOT GET OFFENDED I AM BEING DEAD SERIOUS". Please trust me on this one I am going through one of the roughest times in my life for thinking with my penis and not my brain.
