an honest complement goes a long way with me. sometimes it is as easy as opening a door and saying you first, like at a store. any act of kindness makes you feel better, it makes them feel better, and if someone sees this it makes them feel better..this has been proven by checking the serotonin levels in your brain! If everyone did this once a day, think of the ripple effect on the whole world. It spreads in terms of exponents. :) have a nice day!!! you seem to know the gift of happiness!

Upon returning to work after a very serious illness, I walked thru the door at my place of employment only to find a huge banner hanging on the wall, welcoming me back, It was signed with well wishes by all my co-workers. I was so touched by that gesture, it brought immediate tears to my eyes. I will never forget how much that meant to me. It was one of the most thoughtful and nicest thing done on my behalf. People r so kind in times of strife. May God bless them all.

One time my car broke down on a California freeway. It was the alternator. A man picked me and not only brought me to the auto parts store but her also fixed my car.

Some thing was stolen in my house. the whole house turned against me because my record wasn't so clean. my brother stood by me until the true culprit, a cleaner was disvoerd. that he didn't condemn me despite all our little squabbles kept me from the crushing pain of abandonment.

My friend took my two little girls and kept them overnight so I could actually have time with my husband and go out on a date.
